<br />Ms. Moore-Sykes indicated that concerns about the personnel policy would be held for <br />discussion after the budget process is finalized. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra indicated that she did not attend the Cable Commission meeting <br />because of the budget work session. She then indicated that the meeting was moved to <br />another night and she was not able to attend that meeting either. She further indicated <br />that the next Cable Commission meeting was scheduled for the Wednesday before <br />Thanksgiving and she would be attending. <br /> <br />Council Member Broussard Vickers indicated that the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />is packing the house with its numerous public hearings. She then indicated that the <br />Commission had received the resignation of Barry Brainard and may be receiving another <br />resignation in the near future. <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes indicated she would speak to Theresa to determine what needs to be <br />done to adveliise for the vacant seats. <br /> <br />Mayor Swedberg questioned whether there was a resignation from the Planning and <br />zoning Commission or Park and Recreation. Council Member Broussard Vickers <br />clarified that there was one resignation for sure and possibly two on the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission and one on the Park and Recreation Committee. <br /> <br />Council Member Broussard Vickers indicated that the Park and Recreation Committee <br />had inquired as to the budget for next year and she told them that she had no inforn1ation <br />on the budget until after the budget work sessions. <br /> <br />XII. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council Member <br />Capra to adjourn the November 14,2001 City Council Meeting at 10:25 p.m. All in <br />favor.
