<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />OCTOBER 24, 2001 <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held their regularly scheduled <br />meeting on October 24,2001, at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> <br />PRESENT: Mayor Tim Mayor Swedberg <br />Council Member Dick Council Member Travis <br />Council Member Mary Council Member Capra <br />Council Member Mari Council Member Nelson <br />Council Member Linda Council Member Broussard Vickers <br /> <br />ABSENT: None. <br /> <br />STAFF: City Administrator Ms. Moore-Sykes <br />City Engineer, Mr. Tom Peterson <br />City Attorney, Mr. Jim Hoeft <br />Public Works Director, Mr. Paul Palzer <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Swedberg called the October 24,2001, City Council meeting to order at 6:34 p.m. <br /> <br />II. SET AGENDA <br /> <br />Under Old Business add the Lion's Haunted House and Turcotte Property - (Ro-So <br />Contracting) as items number 13 and 14 respectively. <br /> <br />Under New Business add the Holiday Party and Centerville Elementary Peace Site <br />Recognition as items number 2 and 3 respectively. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Nelson. seconded by Council Member Capra to <br />approve the agenda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />III. PUBLIC HEARING (S) <br /> <br />1. Preliminary Plat - The Shores <br /> <br />Mayor Swedberg opened the public hearing at 6:42 p.m. <br /> <br />Mr. Bart Rehbein, 1659 Lakeland Circle, appeared before Council and reported that Glen <br />Rehbein Companies had contact Anoka County in regards to a trail way through the sub- <br /> <br />Page 1 of 23 <br />
