.

.

B~4 Response. We have planted trees and shrubs according to the approved landscape
plan. The area not planted is the 2 building lots and outlot A. We have put in more trees
than the approved plan.

The drainage plan has been followed with the retention pond and rain water garden. The
open drainage swale and retaining wall on the north end of the parking lot was changed to
a buried pipe. The change was approved by the city engineer. We also requested and
received approval to plant a row of spruce trees on the common boundary. In addition to
the drainage, the city public works parking lot storm water catch basin drains water into
the buried pipe which flows into our retention pond. Also the city water tower emergency
overflow discharge pipe is placed to allow flow into our drainage pond. We have given the
city permission to do so, since the pond has adequate capacity.

Item C Response. With the construction of the new building this development agreement
would be amended to fulfill the trail dedication, park dedication fees and adopt the new
landscaping and drainage plans.

Sincerel ,

v;fii

aul Keleher
Chief Manager
Sedona T ownhomes, LLC
paul@SedonaTownhomes.com

~

.

.
