The modeling <br />and draft report can. be completed within one week from receiving this information. . <br /> <br />We estimate that Task 5 will take approximately eight weeks to complete, subject to the <br />completion of the supporting studies in Tasks 2-4, We will begin Task 5 immediately <br />upon project authorization, at the same time we begin Task'l. <br /> <br />Revision of the EA W in response to RGU/DNR review comments and information <br />requests will take place within one week of receipt of the review comments. Approval of <br />the EA W for distribution will occur depending on the RGU's schedule for processing the <br />EA W. Notice and distribution of the EA W will take place according to the EQB Monitor <br />Publication Calendar for 2007 (see attached). <br /> <br />Response to public comments and assistance with preparation oftheFOFIROD will be <br />completed within four weeks of the close of the public commentperiod. Distribution and <br />publication ofthe Notice of Decision will be completed according to the EQB Monitor <br />Publication Calendar for 2007 (see attached). <br /> <br />Attendance at two City Council meetings (EA W approval, Responses and Findings of <br />Fact/Record of Decision approval) <br /> <br />We estimate we can submit a draft EA W for review within eight weeks of the <br />authorization to proceed. <br /> <br />. ESTIMA TED COST <br /> <br />We estimate the total cost to complete the EA W process fodhe Centerville Downtown Redevelopment <br />Project to be approximately $41,577 including reimbursable expenses. A cost breakdown by task is <br />presented in the table below.
