<br />Council Member Capra asked how Mr. Cook would be told of the Council's <br />decision. Mr. Hoeft noted Mr. Cook would be notified tomorrow morning of <br />what the Council decided on this issue. <br /> <br />Ground Development - Terry Hannah <br /> <br />Mr. Hannah, Ground Development, noted he was present to discuss the time line <br />and notification of the Pheasant Marsh development. He presented the Council <br />with a potential schedule to establish meeting dates and notification dates critical <br />to his development. <br /> <br />Mr. Hannah indicated August 9, 2001 would be a critical date to advertise the <br />public hearing for the next Planning and Zoning Meeting for Phase 1 Final Plat <br />for approval on September 4, 2001. He added that the MUSA swap on the <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment would also be submitted as soon as possible to <br />gain approval on this item. <br /> <br />Mr. Hannah noted grading could begin as soon as the watershed permits were in <br />hand. He stated application for a grading permit should be in to the City by next <br />week along with the necessary fees. <br /> <br />Mr. Hannah explained he wanted to review this schedule to make the Council <br />aware of the upcoming timeframe and approval dates as staff is lacking a City <br />Administrator at this time. <br /> <br />Mr. Hoeft stated at the last meeting the Council ordered the plans and specs which <br />will bring their approval to the August 22, 200 I Council Meeting. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra asked if the timeframe provided by Mr. Hannah was <br />realistic. Mr. Hoeft noted the timeframe was realistic but has not been formally <br />approved and accepted at this time. <br /> <br />Mayor Swedberg asked if the advertisement dates for critical notices could be <br />met. Mr. Hoeft stated he was comfortable with the notice dates, as this has been <br />discussed with Teresa Bender on staff. <br /> <br />Mayor Swedberg asked how the MUSA swap would be addressed. Mr. Hoeft <br />stated Met Council would need to approve this item, as it is not a City issue. He <br />explained this was the only item that could prolong approval at the City level. <br /> <br />Mayor Swedberg advised staff to stay on top of this item with Met Council. Mr. <br />Hoeft noted this was up to Dean Johnson and Ms. Bender. The Council advised <br />Mr. Palzer to have staff send out the proper documentation to Met Council on this <br />item. <br /> <br />Jill Lien <br /> <br />Jill Lien, 1810 Hayfield Road, indicated she was on City staff and wanted to tell <br />the Council that City staff was operating quite efficiently without the Council <br />interrupting the day-to-day operations.
