She indicated <br />this has not been the case, and instead, Teresa is working overtime while two <br />other staff members are waiting for work, as there is no delegation taking place. <br /> <br />Ms. Lien questioned where the crunch for staff came from because the City <br />Administrator was not out doing the day to day work that staff does. She asked <br />that the Council allow her to do more work, as previously approved by staff, or <br />she would be looking for a new position elsewhere. <br /> <br />V.
