<br />. <br /> <br /> <br />,.eh!tervi[[e <br />':~~>r/ Tstab{i5hecf 1857 <br /> <br />1880 'Jv{ain Street _ Centervif[eJ 'Jv{'JI..[ 55038 <br />(651) 429-3232 _ :Fa?( (651) 429-8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 01 - 014 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR MUNICIPAL WATER, <br />SANITARY, STORM SEWER, STREETS, CURB AND GUTTER, AND SIDEWALK- <br />TRAIL WAY IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE PHEASANT MARSH SUBDIVISION <br />(PHASE 1) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to construct municipal water, sanitary, storm sewer, streets, curb and <br />gutter, and sidewalk-trailway improvements for the Pheasant Marsh Subdivision and Ground <br />Development, Inc. will be assessed for all or a portion ofthe cost of said improvements, pursuant <br />to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Centerville ("City") will declare the adequacy of the submitted petition <br />(Exhibit A); and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. That the proposed improvement be referred to the City Engineer, <br />Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates for a feasibility study and that <br />they be instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, <br />advising the Council in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as <br />proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the <br />estimated cost ofthe improvements as recommended. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City ofCenterville this 22nd day of August, 2001. <br /> <br />City of Centerville, Minnesota <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br />Tim Swedberg, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />
