Boundary survey of parcel including identification of all <br />monuments; and <br /> <br />B. Scaled location of all buildings, structures, driveways, sidewalk, <br />trails, parking stalls and curbing; and <br /> <br />c. Scaled identification of all setback dimensions from property <br />lines including front minimum and maximum prinCipal structure <br />setbacks;2 and <br /> <br />D. Scaled locations of all existing and proposed utilities and <br />easements; and <br /> <br />E. Scaled depictions of floor plans for each story; and <br /> <br />F. Scaled depictions of each building elevation and descriptions of <br />exterior building materials and color schemes; and <br /> <br />G. Scaled site grading plans, including erosion and sedimen.tation <br />control mechanisms and procedures; and <br /> <br />H. Scaled delineations of any shoreland, floodplain or wetland <br />areas on the site; and <br /> <br />I. Identification of any floodplain or wetland encroachments and <br />detailed mitigation plans; and <br /> <br />J.
