Past <br /> Assignments <br />filo DILIlil" Approacihl <br /> <br />The Brim Report is a comprehensive customer survey conducted by an <br />independent communications firm. <br /> <br />Brim Report for June 2001 <br /> <br />In the spring of 2001, The Brimeyer Group contracted with K-M- T <br />Communications to survey a selection of recent clients of The Brimeyer <br />Group (TBG). <br /> <br />The objectives of the survey were to: <br /> <br />at> Contact Us <br /> <br />. determine the level of client satisfaction with services provided, <br />. assess how well TBG identified and met individual client needs, <br />. evaluate how TBG service compares with other firms offering search <br />services, and <br />. investigate client interest in additional services from TBG. <br /> <br />Survey Parameters <br /> <br />. Privacy <br /> <br />. A random selection was made from 38 clients for whom TBG had <br />conducted executive search assignments in 1999 and 2000. <br />. Survey forms were mailed to elected officials and key staff members <br />from each selected organization. <br /> <br /> <br />To receive the highest response rate possible, second requests and <br />follow-up phone calls were made to non-responders. K-M-T reported a <br />response rate of 70% with the following results: <br /> <br />. A strong majority (82%) reported their initial contact with TBG was by <br />referral or through professional memberships and conferences. <br /> <br />. 89% indicated they would refer TBG services to others. <br /> <br />. Responses to questions concerning satisfaction with services, quality <br />of candidates provided, timeliness of the search process, and value <br />received for the search fee all fell within the "Above Average to the <br />Extremely Satisfied" range. <br /> <br />.
