Work with the City Council in developing plans for controlled growth <br />addressing the capacity of the utilities, transportation issues, schools, <br />and infrastructure needs. Evaluate the financial impact of proposed development within the city <br />and review the city's debt strategy. <br /> <br />. Oversee administration of city <br />departments including marina, police, planning/zoning, commercial <br />development, administrative/finance, and public works department <br />which consists of electric and water utilities, streets and parks. Requires <br />minimum of 5 years experience in local government management <br />position.
