A thorough <br />understanding of your needs and where you and your organization are going is critical <br />to a successful search engagement. We begin all of our engagements by meeting with <br />key executives who will ultimately work with, or be affected by, the successful <br />candidate's performance. After surveying and interviewing your team, we will develop <br />a position profile which will concisely outline background information on your <br />organization and working relations to be expected, along with responsibilities as well as <br />required education, work abilities, and experience.
