<br />June 27, 2001 <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />June 27, 2001 <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held their regularly <br />scheduled meeting on June 27, 2001, at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br /> <br />PRESENT: Mayor Tim Swedberg <br />Council Member Dick Travis <br />Council Member Mary Capra <br />Council Member Linda Broussard Vickers <br />Council Member Mari Nelson <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />STAFF: City Administrator, Jim March <br />City Attorney, Jim Hoeft <br />City Engine , Tom Pete <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Council meeting to order at 6:31 <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />to be added under Appearances/Awards <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Broussard-Vickers. seconded by Council <br />Member Capra to approve the agenda with the noted additions. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />III. PUBLIC HEARING (S) <br /> <br />Pheasant Marsh - Assessment Roll <br /> <br />Mayor Swedberg opened the public hearing for the Pheasant Marsh Assessment <br />Roll at 6:37 p.m. <br /> <br />Mr. Peterson reviewed a handout regarding assessment calculations and compared <br />same with the Hunter's Crossing assessment calculations. Mr. Peterson stated <br />that the total amount assessed for the Pheasant Marsh project would be $57,834. <br />Mr. Peterson explained that the Wilharber portion of the assessments would be <br />approximately $41,267 and the Eide portion would be $16,567, based on similar <br />assessment pricing from Hunter's Crossing assessment calculations. <br />Page 1 of 12 <br />
