I <br />assure you, the problems have been rectified and I apologize for your time that has been <br />consumed by contending with this matter. Your account does not have an outstanding <br />balance as referred to in the letter that was forwarded to you in June. Your account is <br />paid through the first quarter of 2001. Second quarter billing has not been completed to <br />date; however, it is anticipated to be completed and forwarded to residents shortly.
