Juran & Moody is available to <br />provide continued assistance to the City of Centerville on its municipal fmance issues. <br /> <br />Juran & Moody 'Nill be completing the annual tax increment (TIF) reponing for the City. The <br />rl;>ports are due by August 1"', however many cities ieceive an extension if necessary. It is our <br />~oa1 to meet the August llll reporting date. Nick Skarich is the staff that specializes in tax <br />mcrement and economic development issues who ,-,'ill complete t4e reports. <br /> <br />In regards to the Pheasant Marsh project, Mr. March indicated that the project is temporarily on <br />hold. According to City Engineer Tom Peterso~ the City and developer are discussing <br />differences :in opinion in regards to assessments. "Vhen the details are worked out, Juran & <br />Moody is available to assist the City issue general obligation bonds to meet the project financing <br />needs. <br /> <br />It is my understanding that the dO'WTIto\\i'11 redevelopment project is also on h.old at thi~ time. <br />Juran. & Moody is available to assist the City as necessary on the project. George and Nick are <br />available to assist the City with any questions relating to how to proceed with this project - ie., <br />setting up TIF districts, the amount of TIP revenue that may be generated, etc. <br /> <br />Juran & Moody mTI continue providing the City with the frnest public fInance assistance.
