Statement by Meeting Chair?erson: <br /> <br />It is important to keep in mind that the purpose of <br />this phase of the meeting is for the Council to <br />determirtl!! what level of Civil Penalty, if ar:.y, is <br />warranted given the nature of the violation that <br />has beeTI proved. At some point in time, the Chair will recognize a <br />motion from the Council as to how the Council <br />should proceed. <br /> <br />3. The Chair shall take a roll call vote on the <br />motion. <br /> <br />6. rt the motion paSSES, the Chair shall then ask if <br />there is any other business relevan~ to the <br />meeting.
