CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> <br />1.Roll Call <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />II. APPEARANCES <br /> <br /> None. <br /> <br />III. PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br /> <br /> 1. Sedona Homes – Preliminary Plat & Conditional Use Permit Request <br /> <br />Chair Hanson opened the public hearing at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Paul Keleher, Chief Manager for the project, explained the plans for the site. Mr. <br />Keleher stated that they plan for a 30,000 sq. ft. office building for a single tenant located <br />near the public works building. He explained that Brian Bourassa, from the engineering <br />firm, and Mike Thomas, from the architectural firm, were present to help answer <br />questions. He stated that their hope for this building is to bring people to town to use the <br />existing services such as gas stations, dry cleaners, and insurance agencies. He stated <br />that he feels this development will also stimulate other growth in the area. He explained <br />their landscaping plans to provide a buffer between their property and the surrounding <br />properties. He also reviewed the parking plans and security lighting plans.
