All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />IV. APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br /> 1. November 29, 2006 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Mayor Capra noted that under agenda, the last sentence, it was Council Member Lakso <br />not Council Member Terway. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra asked for the following change: On Page 6 of 16, second paragraph, to <br />change moving to non-moving. On Page 7 of 16 under eagle projects add “for the fitness <br />room equipment”. On Page 8 of 16 clarify that the motion was for a denial of the request <br />in the Marshall request, which was upholding the recommendation of the Planning <br />Commission. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Lee, to approve <br />the November 29, 2006 City Council meeting Minutes as amended. All in favor. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />2. November 29, 2006 Work Session Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />Mayor Capra explained that Council did not move to closed session at 6:50 p.m. but <br />ended the work session. <br /> <br /> Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Paar, to approve <br />the November 29, 2006 City Council Worksession minutes as amended. All in favor. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />V. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br /> <br />1.City of Centerville November 30, 2006 through December 13, 2006 Claims <br /> <br />2.Centennial Fire District Expenditures through November 29, 2006 <br /> <br />3.Successful Performance Review – Secretary/Receptionist, Ms. Kim Stephan <br />(Grade 3, Step 5 to Step 6) <br /> <br />Council Member Lakso requested that Check Numbers 021918 and 021934 be removed <br />for discussion. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Paar, to approve <br />the Consent Agenda as presented, removing Check Numbers 021918 and 021934. <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Council Member Lakso asked for clarification on the expense for 1601 LaMotte Drive. <br /> <br />Page 2 of 19 <br />
