<br /> <br />City of Centerville <br /> Council Meeting Minutes <br /> December 13, 2006 <br />City Administrator Larson explained that the bill had included several addresses not just <br />1601 LaMotte Drive. <br /> <br />Council Member Lakso asked whether the League of Minnesota Cities Storm Water <br />Coalition Membership Fee is a yearly fee. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson indicated that it is a yearly membership fee. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Paar to approve <br />Check Numbers 021918 and 021934 as presented. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />VI. AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES <br /> <br />1. Mr. Jeff Hanzal, Recognition for Service to the City on the Planning Commission <br /> <br />Mayor Capra presented Mr. Jeff Hanzal with a plaque in honor of his service to the City <br />by serving on the Planning and Zoning Commission and thanked him for his service. <br /> <br />Mr. Hanzal said it was an honor to work for the City and to work with the quality of <br />people he served with on the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />VII. OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br /> 1. Resolution #06-052 – Recognition of American Family Insurance <br /> <br /> Mayor Capra read Resolution #06-52. <br /> <br /> Council Member Paar congratulated Mr. Giovinazzo. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Paar, to approve <br /> <br />Resolution #06-052, Recognition of American Family Insurance. All in favor. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> 2. Improvements – Old Mill Road <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson explained that Old Mill Road had been on the agenda in late <br />summer and early fall for consideration of improvements for Hanzal’s Addition. He then <br />explained that the improvements would also impact additional benefiting property owners <br />for municipal improvements. <br /> <br /> City Administrator Larson asked Council to consider directing the City Engineer to <br />update the cost estimate for the proposed improvements to allow for more accurate <br />information to be utilized for further discussion and proposed assessments. <br /> <br />Page 3 of 19 <br />
