City of Centerville <br />Meeting Minutes <br />December 27, 2006 <br /> <br />Council Member Paar stated he liked being on the Parks and Recreation Committee, but <br />the meetings were not convenient for his schedule. He asked if someone wanted to take <br />these meetings. Council Member Lakso stated she would be willing to attend the Parks <br />& Recreation Committee meetings. <br /> <br />Council Member Paar stated he would then serve on the Fire Steering Committee. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra recommended they have alternates for the committees, including the Police <br />Commission. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra stated she would be the alternate for the Fire Steering Committee. <br /> <br />Council Member Paar stated he would be the alternate for Cable Commission. <br /> <br />Council Member Lee stated he would be on the Fire Steering Commission, the Police <br />Commission, and the Acting Mayor. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra stated she would serve on the Rush Line Corridor, Police Commission, and <br />the alternate for the Fire Steering Committee. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Terway, to <br />request the North Metro Cable Commission consider going to quarterly meetings <br />versus monthly meetings. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />10.Resolution #06-058 – Operating Transfers of Funds <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Terway, to adopt <br />Resolution #06-058 – Operating Transfer of Funds. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />11.Facility Use Agreement (Church of St. Genevieve’s/Met Transit/City) <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Terway, seconded by Council Member Paar, to <br />approve the Facilities Use Agreement (Church of St. Gen’s/Met Transit/City). All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />IX. ANNOUNCEMENTS/UPDATES <br /> <br />1. City Administrator, Mr. Dallas Larson. <br /> <br />Administrator Larson provided a written update and stated things were fairly quiet in the <br />City with the Holidays. <br /> <br />2.
