City of Centerville Meeting Minutes December 27, 2006 Council Member Paar stated he liked being on the Parks and Recreation Committee, but the meetings were not convenient for his schedule. He asked if someone wanted to take these meetings. Council Member Lakso stated she would be willing to attend the Parks & Recreation Committee meetings. Council Member Paar stated he would then serve on the Fire Steering Committee. Mayor Capra recommended they have alternates for the committees, including the Police Commission. Mayor Capra stated she would be the alternate for the Fire Steering Committee. Council Member Paar stated he would be the alternate for Cable Commission. Council Member Lee stated he would be on the Fire Steering Commission, the Police Commission, and the Acting Mayor. Mayor Capra stated she would serve on the Rush Line Corridor, Police Commission, and the alternate for the Fire Steering Committee. Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Terway, to request the North Metro Cable Commission consider going to quarterly meetings versus monthly meetings. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. 10.Resolution #06-058 – Operating Transfers of Funds Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Terway, to adopt Resolution #06-058 – Operating Transfer of Funds. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. 11.Facility Use Agreement (Church of St. Genevieve’s/Met Transit/City) Motion by Council Member Terway, seconded by Council Member Paar, to approve the Facilities Use Agreement (Church of St. Gen’s/Met Transit/City). All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. IX. ANNOUNCEMENTS/UPDATES 1. City Administrator, Mr. Dallas Larson.
