Research and Exploration 1. Provide up to three examples of design guidelines developed by other cities, with a summary outlining how the concepts used may provide direction for the City of Centerville. 2. Meet up to two times with representatives from the City, to discuss the goals and vision for future development in the City. B. Design Guidelines 1. Provide a draft document, including sketches/photographs as required, to outline the goals for future development, and the expectations the City has for potential developers. 2. Meet up to two additional times with the City, and provide up to two sets of revisions of up to twenty-five percent of the document. C. Implementation 1. Work with individual developers and the City to ensure the guidelines are understood and implemented in a way that best reflects the intent of the guidelines.
