<br />16.3 Response to Proposed Amendment. Each recipient city shall respond to proposed <br />amendment within sixty (60) days of receipt from the Police Commission. Ifno response is <br />received, the amendment is deemed to be rejected. <br /> <br />16.4 No Mutual Agreement.
