CENTENNIAL FIRE DEPARTMENT RELIEF ASSOCIATION BYLAWS Section 3. Special meeting of the association or of the board or trustees may be called by the President, or two members or the board of trustees, and shall also be called upon written request or six or more members of the association. Members of trustees shall be notified in writing five (5) days prior to meeting date by the Secretary or such special meetings, and the object of the meeting shall be stated in such no- tice. Section 4. A majority of the board of trustees then in office, and thirty percent (30%) of the members of the association shall constitute quorums for the transaction of business at their respective meetings. Less than a quorum may adjourn a meeting to a ruture time. which the secretary shall make known to the affected members. Section 5. All reports and resolutions shall be sub~~Gted in writing and no report from a committee shall be accepted unless it is the report or a majority or a committee, provided, however, that a minority shall be permitted to present its views in writing. Section 6. When a quorum has been present at a meeting and members have withdrawn from the meeting so that less than a quorum remalns, the members still present may continue to transact business until adjournment.
