<br />CENTENNIAL FIRE DEPARTMENT RELIEF ASSOCIATION BYLAWS <br /> <br />Section 3. <br />Special meeting of the association or of the board or <br />trustees may be called by the President, or two members or <br />the board of trustees, and shall also be called upon written <br />request or six or more members of the association. Members <br />of trustees shall be notified in writing five (5) days prior <br />to meeting date by the Secretary or such special meetings, <br />and the object of the meeting shall be stated in such no- <br />tice. <br /> <br />Section 4. <br />A majority of the board of trustees then in office, and <br />thirty percent (30%) of the members of the association shall <br />constitute quorums for the transaction of business at their <br />respective meetings. Less than a quorum may adjourn a <br />meeting to a ruture time. which the secretary shall make <br />known to the affected members. <br /> <br />Section 5. <br />All reports and resolutions shall be sub~~Gted in writing <br />and no report from a committee shall be accepted unless it <br />is the report or a majority or a committee, provided, <br />however, that a minority shall be permitted to present its <br />views in writing. <br /> <br />Section 6. <br />When a quorum has been present at a meeting and members have <br />withdrawn from the meeting so that less than a quorum <br />remalns, the members still present may continue to transact <br />business until adjournment. <br /> <br />Section 7. <br />All meetings shall be conducted according to Robert's Rules <br />of Order as revised. <br /> <br />Order or Business <br /> <br />1.
