<br />CENTENNIAL FIRE DEPARTMENT RELIEF ASSOCIATION BYLAWS <br /> <br />ARTICLE V <br /> <br />Funds <br /> <br />Section 1. General Fund. <br />The funds received by this association from dues, fines, <br />initiation fees, entertainments and other miscellaneous <br />sources shall be kept in the General Fund of the association <br />on the books of the Secretary and the Treasurer and may be <br />disbursed for any purpose reasonably related to the welfare <br />of the association or its members, as authorized by the <br />majority of the members present at a regular or special <br />meeting of the association. <br /> <br />No money or funds of the General Fund of the association <br />over $50.00 shall be disbursed for any purpose not herein <br />provided for, unless authorized by the favorable vote of a <br />simple majority of the members present at a regular or <br />special meeting of the association. <br /> <br />Section 2. Special Fund. <br />All funds received by the association from any tax sources, <br />and all funds or property donated or granted to the <br />association for the benefit of this fund shall be kept in a <br />Special Fund on the books of the Secretary and the Treasurer <br />and shall not be disbursed for any purpose except those <br />authorized by state statutes. <br /> <br />Section 3. Checks Issued on General and Specia~ ~unds. <br />All checks issued on the General Fund shall be signed by the <br />Treasurer and countersigned by either the Secretary or <br />President.
