CENTENNIAL FIRE DEPARTMENT RELIEF ASSOCIATION BYLAWS ARTICLE V Funds Section 1. General Fund. The funds received by this association from dues, fines, initiation fees, entertainments and other miscellaneous sources shall be kept in the General Fund of the association on the books of the Secretary and the Treasurer and may be disbursed for any purpose reasonably related to the welfare of the association or its members, as authorized by the majority of the members present at a regular or special meeting of the association. No money or funds of the General Fund of the association over $50.00 shall be disbursed for any purpose not herein provided for, unless authorized by the favorable vote of a simple majority of the members present at a regular or special meeting of the association. Section 2. Special Fund. All funds received by the association from any tax sources, and all funds or property donated or granted to the association for the benefit of this fund shall be kept in a Special Fund on the books of the Secretary and the Treasurer and shall not be disbursed for any purpose except those authorized by state statutes. Section 3. Checks Issued on General and Specia~ ~unds. All checks issued on the General Fund shall be signed by the Treasurer and countersigned by either the Secretary or President. All checks issued on the Special Fund shall be signed by the Treasurer and countersigned by both the Secretary and President. Section 4. All money belonging to this association shall be deposited to the credit of the association in such banks, trust companies, saving and loan associations or other depository as the board of trustees may designate. ARTICLE VI Application for Benefits Section 1.
