In the case the liability does not end on a full year the calculation be made to the nearest month of the current year. Section 7. At the same time the member received a full service pension from the Special Fund, the member shall also receive an additional retirement pension which shall be paid out of the General Fund of the association. The amount of this additional retirement pension shall be determined . by officers of the association and shall be calculated by dividing the total number of active members into the amount of money in the General Fund as of January 1 in the year they retire. No member receiving a full service pension and this additional retirement pension shall be entitled to other relief from the association. ARTICLE IX TO."
