<br />CENTENNIAL FIRE DEPARTMENT RELIEF ASSOCIATION BYLAWS <br /> <br />Amendments <br /> <br />Section 1. <br />The bylaws of this association may be amended at any regular <br />or special meeting thereof by a favorable vote of 2/3 of the <br />members present and vo~ing, and provided further that notice <br />of a~y proposed amendment of amendments shall be given by <br />reading the same at a regular or special meeting not move <br />than thirty-one days nex~ pr~ceding that upon which such <br />amendment or amendments are acted upon, and that a notice be <br />mailed ~o each member at their last known address not less <br />than five days prior to such meeting; and provided further, <br />that if such amendment or amendments shall change the amoun~ <br />of benefits or pensions, approval of the Centennial Fire <br />Commission must be obtained before such change may take <br />effect. <br /> <br />Adopted this 5 day of December, 1987 by the Centennial <br />Relief Association. <br />Changes to Article VI, Section 5 and Article VII section 6 <br />adopted this 4 day of March 1989, by the Centennial Relief <br />Assocation. <br /> <br />Changes to Article VII Section S adopted this 1 day of April <br />1989, by the Centennial Relief Assocation. <br /> <br />Changes to Article VIII Section 3 and 6 adoped this 2 day of <br />December 1989, by the Centennial Relief Assocation. <br /> <br />1'-, .-~T7'I\ ,-.DTTT"':"lT' ,',.......,__-...,....~,.....,"'7"'"",... <br />
