<br />MEMO <br /> <br />DATE: January 5, 2001 <br /> <br />TO : Honorable Mayor and Council <br /> <br />FROM: Jim March <br /> <br />RE : Ordinance #4 - Amendments <br /> <br />************************************************************************ <br /> <br />Included in your packet are some amendments to Ordinance #4 that are being <br />recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. A public hearing was held on <br />these amendments at the last Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Three of the amendments are simple clarifications. The last amendment modifies a chart <br />in the appendix of the Ordinance that requires a minimum of 1650 finished square <br />footage on new home construction. This is to allow modified two stories that have a <br />smaller foundation footprint, but still have adequate finished square footage. <br /> <br />/ <br />
