<br />~ <br /> <br />.--' <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Amendments to Ordinance #4 <br /> <br />An Ordinance regulating the use ofland, location, bulk, height and use of structures and <br />the arrangement of the structures, on lots, and the density or population in the City of <br />Centerville, Minnesota and providing for the administration and enforcement of such <br />regulations. <br /> <br />Ordinance #4, Section 015-020: Definitions <br /> <br />NOW READS: Yard, Front- A yard extending across the full width of the front <br />lot between side lot lines and extending from the abutting street right-of-way line to a <br />depth required in the yard regulations of the district in which such lot is located. On a <br />comer lot the street address or narrowest street dimension of the street shall be the front <br />yard. <br /> <br />AMEND TO READ: Yard, Front- A yard extending across the full width of the front <br />lot between side lot lines and extending from the abutting street right-of-way line to a <br />depth required in the yard regulations of the district in which such lot is located. On a <br />comer lot the street address or narrowest street dimension of the street shall be the front <br />yard. The other street frontage will be considered a front yard for principal structure <br />setbacks and a side yard for purposes of calculating setbacks for accessory structures. <br /> <br />Ordinance #4, Division 65: Accessory Structures and Uses <br /> <br />NOW READS: An accessory building, unless attached to and made a part of the <br />main building, shall not be closer than five (5) feet to the main building. <br /> <br />AMEND TO READ: An accessory building, unless attached to and made a part of the <br />main building, shall not be closer than six (6) feet to the,main building. <br /> <br />Ordinance #4, Division 120: Yards <br /> <br />NOW READS: Lots which abut on more than one (1) street shall provide the <br />required front yards along each street. Rear yard setbacks shall not be required on comer <br />lots since side yard setbacks apply. <br /> <br />AMEND TO READ: Lots which abut on more than one (1) street shall provide the <br />required front yards along each street for the principal structure. Side yard setbacks will <br />apply to the frontage that is considered to not be the required front yard. <br />
