<br />Mayor Wilharber stated this may grab the attention of Ehlers and to the poor <br />service they have provided. <br /> <br />Council Member Vickers agreed and asked if Ehlers has cost the City any money <br />at this time due to non-responsiveness. Mr. March stated the whole Northern <br />Forest Products issue has dragged on for months and is costing the City money. <br />He added that a report had been requested last week from Ehlers, which has not <br />been before the City to date. <br /> <br />Mr. March noted concern for not having a contact at Ehlers for the City to focus <br />issues on, and stated many times he feels he is being passed around the company <br />before offered suggestions. <br /> <br />Council Member Sweeney indicated he believes service is key and does not want <br />to be ignored or treated as a non-priority. He stated he would be in favor of <br />changing financial advising firms for the upcoming bond issuance. Council <br />Member Sweeney added that this WOJld let all consultants working for the City of <br />Centerville know that the City will not put up with slacking customer service. <br /> <br />Council Member Nelson stated she would be interested in changing to Juran & <br />Moody to gain the additional financid and customer services. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber asked when the reJ:ort was requested from Ehlers & Associates, <br />and by whom. Mr. March stated h~ would need to refer to the minutes to see <br />when this was requested but stated this was going to be handled by the TIF <br />department and not by Ms. Drude. I-J e indicated he would be nervous in changing <br />the TIF financing at this time due to the relationship that has been established <br />with Ehlers. <br /> <br />Council Member Vickers suggested c hanging the bonding portion of the financing <br />and that a meeting be set up with Jm an & Moody for additional TIF information. <br />Mr. March stated Juran & Moody hm. solicited the services of the City for the past <br />four years. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber commented on the fee:. charged by Ehlers versus Juran & <br />Moody. Mr. March stated the current fee proposed by Ehlers was lower than the <br />past two bond issuances. He indicated this may not be a clear reflection of the <br />true fees that will be charged in the future. <br /> <br />Council Member Vickers stated she feels it would be in the best interest of the <br />City to try Juran & Moody for the upcoming bond issuance. Council Member <br />Nelson concurred. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber asked if the upcoming bond issuance could be consulted to <br />Juran & Moody. Mr. March stated the City was not obligated to use Ehlers for <br />each issuance and that a proposal could be gained from Juran & Moody. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Page (; of 10 <br />
