<br />MEMO <br /> <br />DATE: September 21, 2000 <br /> <br />TO : Honorable Mayor and Council <br /> <br />FROM: Jim March <br /> <br />RE : Storm Sewer Realignment - Lloyd Drilling (1873 Main Street) <br /> <br />............................................................................ <br /> <br />As you may recall, Council previously discussed a request from Lloyd Drilling for <br />permission to realign storm sewer that exists at the property across the street from City <br />Hall. The current storm sewer runs between the existing vacant commercial lot and the <br />existing home at 1873 Main Street. <br /> <br />It has been determined that a Rice Creek Watershed District permit is not required for <br />this proposed work. City Engineer Torn Peterson has visited the site and has included an <br />attached letter that recommends granting approval for this work to be completed. <br />
