I have the foilowing recommendation <br /> <br />The proposed Office I Retail Center will oreate more runoff due to the additional impervious surtaces. ie. <br />Parking lot and building roof. It Is recommended that the east half of the site drain east towards Shad <br />Avenue This runoff can be collected In a storm sewer catch basin at Shad and Main, flow east in the ditch: <br />then tlo...... south under the highway to an e><isting pond at the southeast ccrner of Main S:reet arid the Fire <br />Station driveway.
