Normal maintenance of a non-conformillgstructureispermitted, <br />including necessary non-structural repairs ~nd incidental alterations <br />which do not extend or intensify the non-Qonforminguse. <br /> <br />Division 35: Home Occupations <br /> <br />Home occupations in the City must meet the following criteria: <br /> <br />A. Home occupations shall be conducted solely by persons residing in <br />the residence with the exception of no more than one additional non- <br />related employee; and <br /> <br />B. All business activities and storage shall take place within the <br />structure; and <br /> <br />C. There shall be no alteration to the exterior of the residential dwelling, <br />accessory building or yard that in any way alters the residential <br />character of the premises; and <br /> <br />D. No more than one (1) sign not exceeding two (2) square feet with a <br />maximum height of three (3) feet identifying the occupation shall be <br />used; and <br /> <br />E. The occupation shall not be visible or audible from any property line; <br />and <br /> <br />F. The occupation may involve limited retail sale or rental of products on <br />the premises, provided all stock in trade is completely enclosed in the <br />principal structure. Retail merchandise may not constitute more than <br />fifty percent (50%) of the principal structure square footage; and <br /> <br />G. Unless completely enclosed within an approved structure, no vehicle <br />used in the conduct of the occupation shall be parked, stored or <br />otherwise present at the premises other than such as is customarily <br />used for domestic or household purposes. See Section 135-140: <br />Outside Storage.; and <br /> <br />H. Only on-site off-street parking facilities typically associated with a <br />residence shall be used; and <br /> <br />I.
