Lake State Realty and Wilson Development <br />Services have had the opportunity to work together on multiple projects in the Centerville <br />area, such as Forest Lake, North Branch, Fridley, Columbia Heights and Chisago County. <br />We are confident in our ability to move your project ahead in a straight forward, fair and <br />an economically prudent way. <br /> <br />Company Background <br />Daniel Wilson, Principal <br />I have thirty years of experience which provides me with a unique perspective and <br />practical working knowledge of the acquisition and relocation process and respective <br />regulations. I have an understanding of the fundamental intent of the Act, as well as the <br />current interpretation of the regulations. I have appeared as an expert witness in <br />condemnation and relocation appeals, as well as a training leader, for the Department of <br />HUD and NAHRO seminars. <br /> <br />Additional Staff <br />Michele Kaltved, Associate <br />Michele Kaltved, a licensed realtor has been with Wilson Development Services for five <br />years. Ms. Kaltved specializes in owner and tenant occupied residential displacements. <br />She has been particularly successful in relocating the "difficult to house". Ms. Kaltved has <br />attended MNDOT's residential and advanced residential training seminars. <br /> <br />Penny Rolf, Associate <br />Penny Rolf is a licensed realtor and appraiser. Ms. Rolfhas successfully handled <br />commercial and residential displacements.
