<br />2. Part F in Section 3 of the Joint Law Enforcement Council Agreement is amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Any new programs may be initiated by the Council upon affirmative vote of any <br />fourteen of its members at any regular meeting of the Council. <br /> <br />3. Section 5 is added to the Joint Law Enforcement Council Agreement to read as follows: <br /> <br />By the terms of this agreement, a party does not waive any limitation of liability <br />available to that party, including, but not limited to, Minn. Stat. Chap. 466. <br /> <br />4. Section 6 is added to the Joint Law Enforcement Council Agreement to read as follows: <br /> <br />Anoka County will be responsible for handling funds and shall disburse funds in <br />a manner which is consistent with the method provided by law for the <br />disbursement of funds by counties. <br /> <br />5. Section 7 is added to the Joint Law Enforcement Council Agreement to read as follows: <br /> <br />A strict accounting will be made of all funds and a report of all receipts and <br />disbursements will be made upon request. <br /> <br />6. Section 8 is added to the Joint Law Enforcement Council Agreement to read as follows: <br /> <br />Contracts and purchases made in providing services under this Agreement will be <br />made by Anoka County and will conform to the requirements applicable to the <br />County. <br /> <br />7. Section 9 is added to the Joint Law Enforcement Council Agreement to read as follows: <br /> <br />Any party has the right to withdraw from this Agreement by declaring in writing <br />its intention to withdraw effective on a specified date, which date cannot be less <br />than thirty days from the date of the written notice. A withdrawing party must <br />send a copy of the written notice to each party. Withdrawal by a party will not <br />result in the discharge of any legal liability incurred by such party before the <br />effective date of withdrawal. <br /> <br />8. Section 10 is added to the Joint Law Enforcement Council Agreement to read as follows: <br /> <br />This agreement will terminate under the following circumstances: <br /> <br />A. There are no remaining parties to the Agreement as a result of withdrawal <br />pursuant to this Agreement; or <br /> <br />-2- <br />
