<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />CITY OF HUGO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT <br /> <br />This Agreement made and entered into this <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />2000, by and between the CITY OF CENTERVILLE (hereinafter referred to as "Centerville"), <br /> <br />the CITY OF HUGO (hereinafter referred to as "Hugo"), and the CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> <br />(hereinafter referred to as "Lino Lakes"). <br /> <br />WITNESS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all of the parties to this Agreement are Minnesota municipalities <br /> <br />located in close proximity to one another; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Agreement is entered into for the purpose of allowing the <br /> <br />employees of each City to come to the mutual aid and assistance of the employees of the other <br /> <br />cities at those times when any member City's municipal water or sanitary sewer system needs <br /> <br />emergency repair or maintenance work of any kind; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parties hereto enter into this Agreement to set up in advance a <br /> <br />reasonable method of recompensating each other for the costs of any aid which is given and to <br /> <br />address the issue of liability for work that may be done improperly. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the mutual <br /> <br />promises and conditions contained herein, it is agreed by the parties hereto as follows: <br /> <br />1. Mutual Aid. Each of the parties to this Agreement agrees to make " <br /> <br />available to the other parties members of their Public Works Departments to aid the other cities <br />
