<br />IV. PAYMENT OF CLAIMS <br /> <br />The City of Centerville April 13 through April 26. 2000 <br /> <br />Council Member Nelson inquired regarding a computer upgrade. Mr. March <br />advised it includes software and annual support services. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Travis. seconded bv Council Member Nelson to <br />approve the expenditures for the City from Aprill3. 2000 throueh April 26. <br />2000. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Centennial Fire District Expenses <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Nelson. seconded by Council Member Broussard <br />Vickers to approve the Centennial Fire District expenditures. All in favor. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Final Pay Estimate - Acorn Creek <br /> <br />Mr. Peterson explained this is for Gerald Rehbein's Acorn Creek Addition from <br />1986 or 1987 for $25,616, mostly from retainage, wearcourse, and sidewalk on <br />Revoir Street. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Broussard. seconded by Council Member <br />Sweeney to approve the Final Pay Estimate for Acorn Creek in the amount of <br />$25.616 to Rehbein. Inc. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />V. SET AGENDA <br /> <br />The following items were added to/removed from the agenda: <br /> <br />. Add to Unfinished Business, #1. Lift Station No.2 Renovation Plans and <br />Authorize Advertisement for Bids. <br />. Remove from Consent Agenda, #1, Accept Resignation of Part-time <br />Receptionist, for discussion (Mayor Wilharber). <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Travis. seconded by Council Member Sweeney <br />to approve the aeenda with the cbanees indicated above. PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS <br /> <br />Tree Removal Complaint <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber reported he received a telephone call about removal of Christmas <br />trees in Eagle Pass which the caller thought belonged in a common area. Mayor <br />Wilharber stated he visited the site and found the area in question belonged to <br />Swift Construction and they were spacing out trees and transplanting them <br /> <br />Page 3 of 12 <br />
