<br />(Reserved/or Recording Data) <br /> <br />DEVELOPMENT/SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THIS DEVELOPMENT/SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT"), <br />dated February , 2007, between the CITY OF CENTERVILLE, a Minnesota <br />municipal corporation ("City"),. and Jackson Commercial, LLC/ SOOona Townhomes, <br />LLC, Minnesota limited liability companies, ("Developer"). <br />1. Request for Development/Subdivision Agreement. The Developer has <br />asked the City to approve a subdivision known as Centerville Townoffice Park, 2nd <br />Addition ("Development") on the land legally described on the attached Exhibit "A" <br />("Property") consisting of a thee-story office buildmg in accordance with plans identified <br />in Section 3 (PLANS). <br />2. Development/Subdivision Approval. The City hereby grants approval to <br />allow the Developer to develop the Property in accordance with the PLANS and approval <br />of the Preliminary and Final Plat (identified in paragraph 3 of this Agreement), subject to <br />compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. <br /> <br />Jj <br />
