<br />~., Old Mill Road Improvements (000616.06147-0). If it appears that the developer has <br />satisfied the planning commission and will have a viable plat, we will need to order the <br />improvements and continue the Chapter 429 assessment process to ensure services will be <br />made available to any approved plat. <br /> <br />7. Fairview Street Improvements (000616-06148-0). We have provided the City with a <br />feasibility estimate for the improvements so that staff may negotiate assessment waivers with <br />the adjacent property owners. The Plans and Specifications are approximately 85% completed <br />We will be sending the plans to the Public Works for any additional comments or concerns. We <br />plan on having the Final Plans and Specifications approved on the March 28 City Council <br />Meeting. <br /> <br />8. Block 7 Redevelopment Grading and Utility Improvements (000616.06152-0). All <br />underground installation is completed. Contractor will do final project testing and cleanup in <br />the spring. We are currently also working on a Record Plan Drawing, before completion we <br />will have Public Works review and add any additional comments. <br /> <br />9. Centerville Townoffice Park 2nd Addition (000616-06152-0). Approval of the preliminary <br />plat and conditional use permit has been given contingent on final issues involving the <br />developer's agreement and plan. We are reviewing cost estimates and construction plans to <br />meet our requirements. <br /> <br />10. Hanzal's Addition (000616-06154-0). Revised versions of the plat and grading plan have <br />been submitted and are being reviewed. <br /> <br />11. 1601 Lamotte Park Property (000616-07155-0). The parks commission has obtained quotes <br />for some park shelters. More information will be available at the council meeting. <br /> <br />12. Downtown Overhead Power Relocation (000616-07156-0). Our surveyors are working on <br />property and easement research to draft and stake easements for the power line re-route. We <br />will be meeting again with the utility companies in mid March to update progress. <br /> <br />13. Miscellaneous <br />· We submitted a scope of services and engineering proposal for the production of a <br />Downtown Redevelopment Comprehensive Infrastructure Plan. This would layout, <br />conceptually, the sewer, water, storm water, and street systems to allow continuity and <br />reliability of theses systems as they are designed and constructed in phases. Included <br />with this proposal is a separate estimate to complete an EA W if it is necessary. <br /> <br />- End of memo- <br />
