Pheasant Marsh 3rd Addition (000616-03134-0). The Contractor has a couple punch list
items remaining. They need to finish additional grading to lower the pond elevation and clean
out some flared end sections. James R. Hill is working with the Developer and the Contractor
on getting a price and a schedule to complete the work. After reviewing the Sewer Televising
Tapes it was found that the lines were filled with sediment and debris. Therefore we were
unable to determine if any damage was present in the pipe. As a result, the tapes and reports
were sent back to the Contractor to redo the televising after the lines are cleaned so can view
and inspect the pipe. Developer's Engineer is currently working on the Record Plan Drawings.

2. Hunters Crossing 3rd Addition (000616-05141-0).
