<br />RESOLUTION NUMBER <br /> <br />A resolution designating parking restrictions on certain streets. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County has highways in the City of Centerville including County <br />Aid Highway (CSAH) 54 and County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 14, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Anoka plans to reconstruct all or portions of such highways in the next two <br />years, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County has requested that certain portion of such highways be <br />restricted for parking. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Centerville, Minnesota, <br />that the city hereby establishes parking prohibitions on the following highways in the <br />City of Centerville: <br /> <br />a. On CSAH 14 from Mound Trail to Centerville Road - No Parking for eastbound <br />and westbound sides of roadway <br /> <br />b. On CSAH 14 from Progress Road to Mill Road - No Parking for eastbound side <br />of roadway but permitting parking on the westbound side. <br /> <br />c. On CSAH 14 from Mill Road to 21st Avenue - No Parking for eastbound and <br />westbound sides of roadway. <br /> <br />d. On CSAH 54 from yet unnamed street referred to as on CSA 14 reconstruction <br />plan as "Northern Lights Blvd" (and on city records as "Backage Road") to N. <br />Robin Lane - No Parking for northbound and southbound sides of roadway. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council this 14th day of March, 2007. <br /> <br />Mary Capra, Mayor <br /> <br />Attest: <br />Teresa Bender, Clerk <br /> <br />Memofrom Dallas: <br /> <br />These parking restrictions have been requested by Anoka County.
