<br />~ Parks & Recreation Meeting Minutes 11-05-03 <br /> <br />IV. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Chairperson Peterson requested his name be removed once from under 'present' as it was <br />mistakenly listed twice and Committee Member Lindsay be removed from 'present' and added <br />under 'absent' as she was not in attendance. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Committee Member Peil, seconded by Committee Member Ziegler <br />to approve the 2003 Parks and Recreation Committee Meeting Minutes with the above <br />changes. Ayes - 5, Nays - 0, Abstain - 2 (Anderson, Lindsay) Motion carried. <br /> <br />v. COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />VI. UPDATES <br /> <br />Pheasant Marsh. Phase Three - Trail <br /> <br />Council Member Lee reported there has been no movement on Pheasant Marsh, Phase Three <br />from City Council as there are unresolved issues with the developers of Pheasant Marsh. The <br />Developer's Agreement and Final Plat have not been approved at this time. Chairperson <br />Peterson stated that from a Public Works stand point there is an extensive list of corrections <br />outstanding on Pheasant Marsh Phase One & Phase Two which need to be addressed. Council <br />Member Lee will bring this to City Council. <br /> <br />City Council indicated the Parks & Recreation Committee's recommendations would be <br />held over until it is determined whether the development will proceed. <br /> <br />Chairperson Peterson then asked if all members got a chance to look at the map with the trail <br />corrections marked on it and the changes were discussed. <br /> <br />Hunters Crossin!!. Second Addition Trail/Sidewalk Uodate <br /> <br />Chairperson Peterson updated the committee regarding the language the committee had <br />requested be added to future Developer's Agreements. <br /> <br />The following language was added to the Hunters Crossing, Second Addition Developer's <br />Agreement: <br /> <br />The developer will construct a concrete sidewalk on the north side of Dupre Road from <br />Centerville Road to Beaver Pond Way. The walk will be 750' long and 5' wide. <br /> <br />The developer will construct a bituminous trail along the west side of the Hunters <br />Crossing 1st Addition (within the St. Paul Water Utility easement) and between Lot 8, <br />Block 1 and Lot 1, Block 5. The trail will be 1,000' long and 10' wide. <br /> <br />All sidewalks and trail ways will be constructed to the City of Centerville's standards. <br /> <br />2of5 <br />
