working order. Compare this to a SpohnCrete precision cast component which
will never warp or break, is virtually impervious to the elements and will
require very little, if any, maintenance all year round. As such, a SpohnCrete
skatepark can actually save a community tens of thousands of dollars in
maintenance costs over its lifetime.

6. Quiet: Modular bolt-together skateparks made of wood, steel or synthetic
materials can be noisy places. In contrast, SpohnCrete parks are extremely
quiet due to the natural sound absorption afforded by concrete. The noise
level is an important consideration if the park is to be located in a residential
neighborhood.

7. Safe: Poured-in-place parks frequently develop cracks, chips and a rough
riding surface due to improper curing during the casting process. Modular
bolt-together parks can suffer material or structural failure due to exposure to
the elements or improper maintenance. Both scenarios can increase the
incidence of trips, falls and injuries at a skatepark. In contrast, SpohnCrete
precision cast components are coated with a durable, low abrasion
polyurethane coating designed to provide riders with a smoother, safer riding
surface. This coating permits sliding on the component surface, mitigating the
potential of ripped clothing, nasty scrapes and more serious injuries.

8. Planning, Design and Installation Support: Spohn Ranch support is
available for all stages of your skatepark project. During the initial concept
and assessment stage, Spohn Ranch provides a consultation service that can
help your community establish the project's parameters and answer any
preliminary questions residents or officials may have regarding the project
(including assisting you with any public forums regarding the project). Once
you're ready to build, Spohn Ranch designers will help design a park that
suits your budget, location and the needs of your local riders. We also
facilitate the installation process, providing services ranging from on-site
assembly supervision to complete component installation. After installation is
complete, we can provide ongoing consultation to help you with any further
upgrades or site planning issues you may have.

9. Optional Anti-Graffiti Coating: An optional anti-graffiti coating may be
applied to all SpohnCrete components. The coating allows for the easy
removal of most graffiti using only a cloth and solvent.

10. Price: SpohnCrete components are very competitively priced. In fact, savings
can be substantial over the life of the park when factoring in the lack of
maintenance costs associated with other types of skateparks.

11. Liability: Product liability issues can also be mitigated because maintenance
is almost non-existent with SpohnCrete precision cast components.

12. Warranty: A Five Year Limited Warranty applies to all SpohnCrete precision
cast components (see below).
