ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Chairperson Peterson called the meeting to order at 6:40 p.m. <br /> <br />II SET AGENDA <br /> <br />Chairperson Peterson requested a discussion of the trail in Hunters Crossing, Second <br />Addition, Phase I be added under Committee Business as #1, a discussion of the Laurie <br />LaMotte Memorial Park Paving Project be added under Committee Business as #2, and a <br />discussion of Summer Programs be added under Committee Business as #3. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Committee Member Peil, seconded by Committee Member <br />Lindsay, to set the February 4, 2004 Parks & Recreation Committee Agenda with the <br />above additions.
