<br />Centennial Hockev Association's Request for the Use of Laurie LaMotte Memorial Park for Drv <br />Land Practice <br /> <br />The Centennial Hockey Association requested the use of the Laurie LaMotte Memorial Park rink for <br />dry land practice. The Parks & Recreation Committee made a recommendation which council <br />approved. Ms. Stephan foxwarded the information and requirements for usage Mr. Brian Hronski, <br />Outdoor Ice Coordinator to begin usage on August 10, 2006. As of this time, the City has not <br />received a schedule of usage, list of coaches or a signed waiver; neither has the CYHA requested keys. <br /> <br />Trial Easement - 1818 Fox Run <br /> <br />Per Parks & Recreation's recommendation and Council's approval, Mr. Ziegler was notified he needed <br />to remove the bridge from the City easement by August 10, 2006. As of August 23, 2006 the bridge <br />had not been removed. An attorney for Mr. Ziegler called the City to request the City not remove the <br />bridge until he was able to review the issue, talk to City Administrator Larson and Mr. Ziegler returned <br />from out of the country. This request was passed on to the City Attorney. More information should <br />be available at the committee meeting. <br /> <br />Removine: Trail Easements from Trail/Sidewalk MaDS <br /> <br />Chairperson Peterson will continue to work on the trail map. City Council approved the idea of having <br />the trail easements marked as undeveloped. <br /> <br />30f3 <br />
