In order to <br />expedite the processing of your grant agreement, please submit the following additional information as <br />soon as possible: <br /> <br />-X Environmental Assessment Statement (instructions enclosed) <br />~ Review Project Budget - Attachment A (return if changes are proposed) <br />_ DNR PermitJ Army Corps of Engineers Pennit <br />Revised Site Plan <br />Other: <br /> <br />The Minnesota Historical Society will be contacted to review your project to determine if the site is a <br />potential location for historical or archeological findings. If the Historical Society determines that a <br />survey is required, the survey would need to be completed prior to any site disturbance and/or final <br />reimbursement of the grant fimds. In addition, the deed restriction requirement will be outlined in your <br />grant agreement. The restriction must be recorded with the deed prior to the reimbursement of grant <br />funds. Do not incur any project costs until after a grant agreement has been processed for this project. <br /> <br />Enclosed is a copy of the Financial Management Manual and information regarding the funding <br />acknowledgment sign requirement.
