Suggested exercise ball sizes: <br />45 cm. for those under 5',55 cm. for 5'-5'7",65 cm. for 5'8"-6'2",75 cm. for <br />those 6'3" and over. When sitting on the exercise ball your feet should rest <br />flat on the floor with your knees at a 90 degree angle and slightly below your <br />hips.
