Web Site/On-line Registration: www.cLlino-lakes.mn.us Registration Procedure 1. Pre-registration is required for all programs unless noted otherwise. 2. Registrations can be mailed in, faxed in (with Visa or MasterCard), dropped off in the drop box, walked in or completed on-line (with Visa, MasterCard or American Express). 3. Completely fill out a registration form with the information requested for each individual registering. Missing information could cause a delay in the processing of your registration. 4. Full payment must accompany registration form. Checks should be made payable to "City of Lino Lakes." 5. Telephone registrations are no longer accepted. 6. Instructors are not permitted to accept registrations at the activity location. 7. If the original program fills, a waiting list may be started. Additional sessions will be started if interest is shown and if space/instructors are available. 8. Include a self-addressed stamped envelope if you would like a confirmation of your registration. 9. Requests to change activity locations, sessions or times for registrations already completed will be accommodated on a space available basis. 10. We accept the following forms of payment: Cash/Check - use separate checks for each program, payable to "City of Lino Lakes" Credit Card - we accept Visa and MasterCard (be sure to include the expiration date) 651-982-2440 14 Refunds Any person who is not satisfied with their program selection or the quality of a program may request a full refund. Exceptions to receiving a full refund: . If tickets or other service were purchased and are not refundable, the ticket or service purchase price will not be refunded. . If you received equipment or supplies that were not returned, the price of these items will not be refunded. · If you withdraw after the program starts, a prorated refund may be issued. . Full refunds cannot be guaranteed if requested after a program has been held. Note: Check refunds generally take 3 to 4 weeks from the date of approval to be processed and mailed.
