Mr. Richard <br />Anderson, Mr. Andre Ziegler and Ms. Julie Lindsay have resigned due to other commitments and <br />conflicts with schedules. Mr. Ziegler was present at the committee meeting to resign in person and offer <br />his assistance with committee projects as his schedule allows. <br /> <br />VIII.
