The new equip- <br />ment will include 3-15' grind rails and an 8' x 4' quarter pipe. This is <br />being funded partially by donations received from the Spring Lake Park <br />Lions and the Dead Broke Saddle Club. If <br />you have any questions, please contact our Public Works Department at <br />651-429-4750. <br /> <br />BUILDING PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOW- <br />1NG IMPROVEMENTS: <br /> <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />;,. <br /> <br />TEST SAFETY OF PRIVATE WEll WATER <br /> <br />The Anoka County Community Health and Environmental Services De- <br />partment, in cooperation with 12 municipalities, is sponsoring its 6th <br /> <br />SPRING 2005 <br /> <br />annual "Well Water Wise" (3W) promotion May 2-6, 2005 to en- <br />courage residents to check their private well water. County resi- <br />dents may pick up a well water test kit at Centerville City Hall or the <br />County's Environmental Service Unit, Room 360 at the Anoka County <br />Government Center, 2100 Third Avenue, Anoka. Water samples can <br />be submitted to the County's Environmental Service Unit for analy- <br />sis every Monday from 8 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. and Tuesday from 8 a.m. to <br />noon. During 3W week, samples can be submitted Monday through <br />Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday before noon. The well water <br />test kit will include details about water collection and submission. A <br />laboratory fee of $29 will be charged. During the week of May 2-6, <br />2005, samples can be dropped off at Centerville City Hall and trans- <br />ported to the Government Center by Centerville Staff if received <br />before 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Tuesday, May 3rd or Thursday, May 5th. <br /> <br />LA WN & GARDEN WATERING REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />Lawn and garden watering may only take place before 10:00 a.m. or <br />after 6:00 p.m. The odd even rule applies for all watering. If your <br />address ends in an even number, you may water only on even num- <br />bered days. If your address ends in an odd number, you may water <br />only on odd numbered days. If you have newly installed sod, you are <br />exempt from this lawn & garden watering requirements for a period <br />of two weeks. <br /> <br />The City will place warning notices on homes that may not be aware <br />of the watering requirements and are watering during the restricted <br />times. This warning is an attempt to work with and educate resi- <br />dents prior to issuing violations. <br /> <br />Please help us out by conserving your water usage. <br /> <br />COMPOST SITE HOURS <br /> <br />The Anoka County Rice Creek Chain of lakes Compost Site 763-323- <br />5744 will be opening April 1, 2005, weather permitting.
