Chairperson Peterson requested that the EDC coordinate the plowing of the Anoka County Chain of Lakes
Regional Park with a county representative as there was miscommunication at the last season's event between
Anoka County's plows and the City of Centerville's plows. He also asked to make sure the bonfire site was
specified by the county. The Parks & Recreation Committee will supply the hot chocolate, popcorn, firewood
and secure the burning permit. It was suggested that lights be rented to illuminate the ice rink and perhaps hay
bales be used around the rink to sit on or change skates.

There was some confusion over the Centerville Lion's participation with their concession trailer. Ms. Stephan
emailedMr.Keiselhorst and received the following response:

The Lions gave Parks and Rec permission to use our trailer during our business meeting on 12-16, at no cost.
We'll get it out there, just let us know where. Sounds like no Lion was able to make the EDC meeting, but we
discussed this and yes ifwe can put a crew together we'll be more than happy to do concessions again this year
too. We'll pull the trailer off the lake at night if needed etc.
