Paul Water <br />Utility's Board of Directors on Tuesday, October 11,2005. Mr. John Meyer, Finance Director and <br />Mayor Mary Capra will be in attendance at the meeting. City Council has directed Mr. Hoeft, City <br />Attorney, at the September 28, 2005 City Council Meeting to prepare the paperwork to begin the <br />eminent domain process if the purchase agreement offer is not accepted <br /> <br />The following excerpt is from the September 14, 2005 City Council Meeting Minutes <br />regarding the Draft Purchase Agreement - 1601 LaMotte Drive. <br /> <br />Draft Purchase Agreement - 1601 LaMotte Drive <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson reviewed the specifics of the draft Purchase Agreement with Council <br />noting that a $10,000 earnest money check would be sent with the Purchase Agreement. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra asked Staff to verify the appraisal amount and make sure the correct amount is listed <br />in the Purchase Agreement. Staff agreed to do so. <br /> <br />Council reviewed the terms ofthe Purchase Agreement and had no objections. <br /> <br />-- <br />
